Crownpeak today announces that its business and market presence in the DACH region will continue under the FirstSpirit brand, operating as FirstSpirit – a Rezolve AI Solution.
This transition follows the acquisition completed in December 2025 and reflects the strategic decision to consolidate Crownpeak’s digital experience and content management offering in the DACH market under the established FirstSpirit name.
FirstSpirit has long been recognized across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland as a leading solution for enterprise content management and digital experience orchestration. By continuing the Crownpeak business under the FirstSpirit brand in the region, the company aims to provide customers, partners, and the wider market with a clearer brand architecture, stronger regional recognition, and a more focused go-to-market approach.
The transition does not affect existing customer relationships, contracts, or service commitments. Customers and partners will continue to receive the same level of support, expertise, and continuity from their established teams.
